For the second year in a row, MGI is conducting a Membership Marketing Benchmarking Survey. The report will include a trend analysis of what has changed over the past year (since the 2009 Membership Marketing Benchmarking Survey) and highlight key data on what associations are doing in membership marketing - awareness, acquisition, engagement and renewal.
